Tarik “tarik” Celik is a 25-year-old American CS:GO player who had been playing for Evil Geniuses since September 2019. Previously, he was playing for Cloud9, NRG Esports, and more.

About a week ago, Evil Geniuses decided to bench Tarik following the unexpected results in the tournaments, and the fate of the content criminal wasn’t certain yet until today. By sharing a new post on Twitter, Tarik revealed his new road map.

In the post, Tarik stated that he is not interested in playing CS:GO in Europe, and there is no competition in North America. Because of that, Tarik said that he has only two options left; either playing Valorant professionally or being a full-time content creator.

Here is what Tarik said:

“Update: Relocating to Europe for CS isn’t really in the cards, and there isn’t much choice in NA.

My options are either playing competitive Valorant or streaming, so I’m going to pursue streaming for the time being. If I do enjoy streaming full time, then I’ll continue. Let’s see.”
