Hu Shuo-Chieh, known as “SwordArt,” is a 23-year-old Taiwanese League Of Legends player who had been playing for Sunning Gaming since December 2018. In his career, he earned over $300.000 from the events.

In this player break, there were huge roster changes for Team SoloMid. Broken Blade left the roster, and Bjergsen announced his retirement. This time, the North American organization made a great decision and added SwordArt to their team as a support player.

In the announcement, SwordArt mentioned that he decided to join Team SoloMid because he wanted to challenge himself and see what he can do in a different region. Also, he said that he will make the playstyle of TSM more aggressive for the next season.

Here is the official announcement from Team SoloMid:

“Six-time regional champion. 2020 Worlds finalist. We’ve faced him on the rift before, but now it’s time for him to lead us to victory.

Welcome to TSM, SwordArt 🤝”

SwordArt said:

“Hello everyone I’m SwordArt, I’m the new support for TSM. The reason I wanted to join TSM because I wanted to challenge myself and see what I can do in a new region. Also, I wanted to take my experience from LPL and LMS to TSM.”
