Producer and director of the Tekken series, Katsuhiro Harada, said that Tekken 7 might come to Switch, but that it depends on the players’ demand. Harada said something similar last year.
He suggested at the time that technical factors come into play regarding a port, and the team had yet to do much research in possibly bringing Tekken 7 over to Switch. Harada was also unsure just how much interest there was in the fighter appearing on Nintendo’s platform.
Previously, Tekken 7 was released on June 2, 2017, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
