Lucas Håkansson, known as “Mendo,” is a 22-year-old Swedish Apex Legends player and content creator who has been playing under Team Liquid jersey for over a year. Before that, he was playing Overwatch.

Mendo took to his official Twitter account to share his opinion about one of the most discussed topics in the Valorant scene, the sniper of the game, Operator.

In the tweet, Mendo stated that seeing the power of the Operator is killing his motivation to play Valorant and mentioned how a strong weapon Operator is. Furthermore, Mendo said that it is depressing to play against it, even though you win your game.

Here is what Mendo wrote:

“I cant take it anymore, 2+ OP’s every game, it really kills my motivation to play this game outside of scrims OP after OP after OP after OP after OP after OP even winning against those OP-heavy teams is depressing i am SO excited for the OP nerf you have no idea.”

Another streamer LeX replied:

“I appreciate this. Every few days I get a strong urge to grind Valorant and this tweet reminds me to suppress that urge. soon.”

Mendo replied:

“As soon as I end stream I want to hop back on and grind hard I play one game off-stream and I instantly remember why Iended my stream and stopped grinding the grind isnt worth it right now, it’s nothing but a motivation killer cause of the state of the game.”
