Ubisoft has released a new patch for the test server of the Rainbow Six Siege’s year five and season one which includes the nerfs on Jager, Buck, Mozzie, and buffs to the Ying.

Jager is one of the strongest defenders in the game with his extraordinary gadget and a great weapon. To reduce his impact, Ubisoft decided to nerf the damage of his gun in the past and now, they decided to change him as a 2 speed 2 armor operator.

Buck, on the other hand, was the most balanced operator on the attackers’ side. However, Ubisoft decided to take away his grenades on his hand and give more ammunition to his gadget, Skeleton Key.

Mozzie’s secondary shotgun, Super Shorty, was taken away by Ubisoft, and they added one more Candella to Ying’s inventory and replaced the smoke grenades instead of a claymore.

Here are the full patch notes:

Buck:

Frag Grenades replaced with Claymores

Increased Skeleton Key Magazine Capacity: Skeleton Key magazine capacity increased to 5 + 1, Skeleton Key max ammo count is now 25+1

Caveira:

Added Razor Holographic Sight option to her M12

Ying:

Increased number of Candelas to 4 (up from 3).

Replaced Claymores with Smoke Grenades.

Increased T-95 LSW damage to 46 (up from 43).

Jager:

Now a 2-speed/2-armor operator.

Mozzie:

Removed Super Shorty secondary.
